ABOUT
I've been working with Futures Studies since 2018, both in Academia, public and private sector. Based on the differents graduations and experiences I had, during my career I developed an holistic and people-centered view to my professional approach.
I advocate futures designed together have the power to lead us to better realities in societies and organizations.
Under the Lab F+ I develop initiatives to disseminate the participarory approach to build positive futures.
In my current research agenda, I have been exploring how we can improve Social Participation in and through the Futures Thinking process in Governments and Organizations.

Desired Futures Workshop
Workshop that employs a participatory approach developed by Jéssica Leite in which participants are encouraged to think beyond the obvious with a focus on building visions of possible positive futures and routes that lead to them.
Projects with social impact
Planning of social projects that aim to impact a determined group of people or sector, through the use of a participatory Futures Studies approach developed by Jéssica Leite. It ranges the delimitation of the audience, the gathering of the audience's perspective and desires, the definition of the main topics to be addressed, and the design of the project to be executed.
Stakeholders workshop
The Stakeholder Workshop applies the framework developed by Lab F+ as a strategic tool designed to actively engage your key stakeholders in decision-making and planning processes. This dynamic approach captures participants' perceptions on specific topics across short- and long-term horizons.
